Rovedar is a nonprofit organization dedicated to science communication. As part of our mission, rovedar manages various journal websites, including subdomains, such as jvpp.rovedar.com. We offer free access to the journals’ content to the public through these websites of Rovedar journal. By accessing and using our websites, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which form a contractual agreement between you and Rovedar. Your use of Rovedar contents signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Rovedar websites, including the software, submission programming interfaces, content, and trademarks associated with the Rovedar, are the property of Rovedar. These elements are internationally protected by intellectual property rights and laws in Turkey. Nothing stated in this document shall be interpreted or construed, either implicitly or otherwise, any license or right under any trademark, copyright, or patent of Rovedar or any third party. Unless stated otherwise, the articles and journal content published by Rovedar on the Rovedar websites are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY 4.0). This license allows you to freely copy, reproduce, and distribute the articles and related content for noncommercial purposes, provided you cite the original source in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license.
You agree to use the Rovedar websites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others and does not infringe the use of the Rovedar websites by any third party. This includes refraining from any actions that are unlawful, harassing, or that may cause distress or inconvenience to others, as well as the transmission of obscene or offensive content on the website. Since Rovedar has no control over these external sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Rovedar is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources. Rovedar does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any materials found on or available from these websites or resources.
Any business dealings you have with external websites or resources, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, as well as any warranties, conditions, or other terms associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the third party involved.
